Welcome to our on-line store.  As of August 26, 2010 the store is very up-to-date.

If you have trouble with the on-line store, please call us directly. We like to hear from our customers and we can always give tech advice or take a credit card order by phone.  Sometimes, especially for small items, we can find a less costly way to ship something as well.  So give a call - we're friendly. Note that ordering on this site is very secure.  When you pay by credit card, we never see your credit card for security reasons.  The on-line store management system channels your payment information through a secure gateway.   

The on-line store inventory is very accurate.  If you can order item (or the system says the item is in stock) then we typically can ship the item to you right away.  Some items will, however, say in their product description "allow 4 additional days for shipping".  These are items that we know we can obtain quickly but might not alwasy keep in stock.    Otherwise, we typically ship all items within one business day (we don't ship on weekends usually).  When we ship your item, you will see either a postal or Fedex email notification saying the item is on the way. 

Note that this online store is for your convenience - a real human is here to help you and we want to make it easy.
