We pride ourselves on very fast shipping and on typically having all items shown in the online store, unless otherwise stated in the description, ready for immediate delivery.   Special order items that we don't keep in regular stock will have the phrasing "please allow 4 extra business days for shipment of this item" in their description). If you don't see this phrasing, the item should ship right away!)  Note that special order items that we have to order will show up as "in stock" on the online store but we are confident we can get them very quickly.

Errors on the on-line store are very very rare, but we are human, so they can happen.  We will notify you right away if there is an issue on an order.
