3 of these!  A very nice black rubber chainstay slap guard.  Reguires that your frame have pins or other braze on to accept this piece.  This is something classic Rene Herse bicycles used for example.  Some modern builders are making provision for these also. Note that the rubber on these is very soft and flexible - perfect!
