Nitto Cable Hanger - lovely with barel adjuster
This Nitto brake cable hanger is lovely. They make a longer version, but that one doesn't have the barel adjuster, and we love adjusters!
This part has brazing, chrome, multiple parts, and is gorgeous and inexpensive. What more could one want? OK, world peace would be great, but not at this price.

This pair has some stray red marks on it - looks like a stray red magic marker met up with the hood in a few spots. But perfect user. We have a couple of pairs like this.
Generic Gum Hood pair for Campy NR/SR levers. So you have a bike that is a "rider", and you don't want to invest in exotic collectible rubber that will just degrade in the ozone. Than use these hoods. They fit just swell, they look OK, and they seem to last. They do have a not-so-sexy seam along the sides, but since they fit so well and work so well, these are hard to beat.

Campagnolo Nuovo Record 1.8mm original Brake Cable set NOS
A pair of brand new old stock Campagnolo Nuovo Record Brake cable set. Front and rear. Factory fresh, with unlined housings as Campagnolo supplied into the early-to-mid 1970's. These are the nice and heavy 1.8mm thick inner cables with the on the head logo. The real deal.
The correct original inner cables (especially the rear) are extremely hard to find. A quick glance on ebay on January 7, 2012 showed NO other listings for a complete set such as this. |

Campagnolo Gran Sport Normal Reach Brakeset NOS
Amazing but we found some! Campagnolo Gran Sport Brakeset, complete in the box. Normal reach. This set is awesome - super soft world logo brakehoods, brakecalipers with genuine Campagolo black compound brake pads that seem like they are in fine shape, and a brake cable set that has the ultra hard to find 1.8mm inner brake cables! The outers are the unlined grey.
There are lots of parts that are the same on these as with Nuovo Record - such as the gorgeous outer dome nuts. And the star washers alone are the ones that say Campagnolo which are getting real hard to find.
The calipers are nut attachment. The reach is "normal" which means the centerbolt axis to the pads when they are in the center of their travel is 52mm. The adjustment range is from 47mm to 57mm.
So use these on a project bike - or rob the cable set and a few prime goodies (maybe the soft hoods) and then use the rest on a project bike. No matter what you do, this is a lot of Campagnolo goodness for a very nice price!. Be sure to check the $10 shipping option at checkout.
